Access to Information and Protection of Privacy

The Town of Wainwright is subject to the provisions of the Access to Information Act (ATIA) and the Protection of Privacy Act (POPA).  These Acts replace the former Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP).  We are currently building our Privacy Management Program and will continue to update this page as information becomes available.
