Request for Proposal for Caretaking Services for Town Buildings

The Town of Wainwright is accepting price proposals for a two-year caretaking contract (April 1, 2026 – March 31, 2028) with a possible two-year extension for four Town buildings. Services include caretaking and general maintenance of the Public Library, Town Office, RCMP Detachment, and Fire Hall. Proposal requirements and contract specifications can be obtained from the Town Office or by downloading it from https://purchasing.alberta.ca/. The successful Contractor must obtain and retain RCMP Enhanced Security Clearance as a condition of holding this Contract.

A mandatory walk through will be held February 11, 2026 at 1:00 p.m.
