For complaints

Complaints may be submitted to the Town Office during regular business hours. No anonymous complaints will be accepted. After-hours emergency dog complaints only (4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.) may be made to 842-7119.

"All Municipal Bylaws within the Town of Wainwright are enforced by the Town's Community Peace Officer."

They include:

  • Traffic, Street & Public Places
  • Dangerous Goods/Truck Route
  • Nuisances including unsightly properties
  • Solid waste collection & disposal
  • Business Licensing
  • Domestic Animal Control (Dog and Cat)
  • Land Use
