Legislative and Administrative Services include the following areas:
- Mayor and Councillors
- administrative services
- municipal elections
- municipal census
- records management and FOIP
Primary functions include:
- support services to assist the Mayor and Councillors in carrying out their duties;
- agendas, minutes and communication of Council decisions;
- financial management, control and reporting;
- risk management and insurance;
- manages accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll;
- municipal election and census;
- records management, Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, policies and bylaws;
- variety of services relating to the operation of the Wainwright Cemetery.
